He is also the Founder and Member of the Board of Directors of "Ronaq International Travel and Tourism Agency" since 2010, Founder and Member of the Board of Directors of "Gharas Platform" since 2005, and Member of the Board of Directors of "Genovic Boutique Company" in Dubai since 2020. He has more than 23 years of experience in governance, credit management, risk and compliance, operational, regulatory and financial management, and information technology.

3 Mr. Abdullah Al-Darwish Board Member Mr. Abdullah Al-Darwish is a seasoned consultant and board member with more than 30 years of experience in strategic and financial advisory, business development, and commercial partnerships. He possesses deep knowledge of banking, investment, and marketing, both locally and internationally. His expertise spans investment fund creation, corporate restructuring, asset management, and exit strategy planning, with a focus on operational efficiency and portfolio diversification for sustainable growth. He currently serves as Vice Chairman and Head of Investments at Al-Wasata Financial Company (since 2016) and Board Member at Ecoline Global (since 2012). His previous roles include Consultant to Ebda’a Al Qasr Marketing (2016–2020), Vice Chairman of the Investment & Securities Committee (2015–2020), and Consultant to Rouge Cosmetics (2011–2012). He was also a founding partner and board member in several companies from 1995 to 2020. Mr. Al-Darwish holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.

Mr. Adel holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the American University in London and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Arab Open University. He has also chaired the Small and Medium Enterprises Committee - Finance Companies Sector at the Central Bank from 2022 to 2023.
