He is also the Founder and Member of the Board of Directors of "Ronaq International Travel and Tourism Agency" since 2010, Founder and Member of the Board of Directors of "Gharas Platform" since 2005, and Member of the Board of Directors of "Genovic Boutique Company" in Dubai since 2020. He has more than 23 years of experience in governance, credit management, risk and compliance, operational, regulatory and financial management, and information technology.

He held the position of General Manager of Operations and Operations of Redan Food Company and General Manager of Control and Follow-up in the same company. Prior to his current position, he served as Head of Credit and Risk Management at Gulf Leasing Cranes Company from 2021 to 2023, Team Leader in Corporate Banking - Saudi Investment Bank from 2014 to 2020, Senior Manager in Commercial Banking at Saudi Fransi Bank from 2007 to 2014, Assistant Credit and Marketing Manager at Yanal Finance Company from 2004 to 2007, and has also worked in several private sector companies since 2000. Mr. Adel holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the American University in London and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Arab Open University. He has also chaired the Small and Medium Enterprises Committee - Finance Companies Sector at the Central Bank from 2022 to 2023.
